Trump needs to put out a call to all citizens: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State and securing a Noble Prize for the current President. It's almost constitutional. The well regulated militia will use their right to bear arms to procure and outfit drones. Several million Americans can easily top Obama's measly 2600. It's that easy people.
