Yeah, that's the thing though. You create a downloadable app that you can sideload if possible but you also make a fully featured web version that is hosted across multiple countries with backups and replication. That way it can be directly accessed in a browser. You can already pass your location, camera and USB data through a browser and they are never going to be able to block the browser.....
