Lots of people know what a "catch 22" situation is, but here's a brief explanation of the context from the book: Catch 22 is a rule for the Army, which declares that an insane man can be grounded and doesn't have to fly on dangerous missions anymore; but he needs a doctor to diagnose him as crazy. However, they say that you'd *must* be crazy to *want* to flay these dangerous missions- therefore you are *not* crazy if you are trying to get grounded, so you must fly. But you're probably thinking about Milo forming a fucking syndicate and making enormous profits off of military equipment in between flying fucking combat missions.
