SImple tear up electrical providers contract no matter how much grift they provided, then make sure the newly contracted provider creates alternative energy like solar farms battery storage ect to comply with the states energy laws then also have them make any necessary upgrades to comply with state fed mandates for infrastructure minimums even if entire lines and poles need replacing or even buried in fire prone areas. You know they will refuse to repeal the alternative energy rules so make sure the provider is mandated to make sure sources of alternative energy at fair rates is in the written contract in clear english with no loopholes.
