I've personally thrown over a dozen resumes in the can when I detect the slightest hint of wokeness. Pronouns are an immediate indication of mental illness. I won't even read further. Pronouns are a red flag saying "hey! I'm mentally I'll. If your resume lands on my desk and you even hint of being mentally ill, I guarantee you won't even be considered. If you even hint at be mentally ill and somehow you end up under me, you're getting transferred out of my group. No question. Likewise, if you're my boss and you're mentally ill, I'm out of here! I've already left 2 jobs due to crazy managers. I have no reservations doing it again.
