Make it safe, affordable, and incentivize being a stay at home mom and see how fast they leave their jobs. Build it and they will come. When it comes, it won't be a choice. Women's choice leads to hard times which creates strong men. The incentive will be to survive. The good times will come around much later, but it will leave generations of women with no say in the timeline progression. It has to be this way. It went too far for other options to be viable.
