That guy behind the counter was being abused by the company and the customer and he didn't know how to handle the abuse. The guy was verbally torturing the guy cuz he knows the guy is not allowed to say anything back. He basically knew he'd short circuit the guy. Video taping the guy was uncalled for. The guy behind the counter has no idea how to handle this kind of thing from customers due to lack of training and the schooling indoctrination he's received.
