I spent years doing customer service; this kid's got no balls. If he had even an ounce of testosterone floating around in his family jewels, he'd fuck with the irate african and get a smug kick out of knowing he doesn't have to do shit to help him. I'd be more annoyed if the african were understanding and considerate, because then I'd feel obliged to actually figure out the clusterfuck required to fix his problem.
Jobs like this will wake anyone up to the race reality, he may be new to this type of grind. If anything, I seriously hope he considers how to increase his power after this.
I grew up in a "race blind" type of town, "oh people just have different color skin, nbd" scenario. That gets learned away real quick when you learn about how each race acts via experience in a city/megaregion job.
