Behold my creation! Poal 4 Kingdoms United bacon-potato-bread-pie!

1 Deep dish ready-made pie crust, blind baked 1 Lb Thick sliced bacon cut into small pieces and cooked crispy 1/2 Lb Smoked ham, diced into small cubes 2 Cans Sliced cooked potatoes 1 Bag of croutons of your desired flavor (I went with onion and garlic) 1 Can cream of chicken soup 1 Can diced green chilis 1 Small can cream style corn 2 Cups of roughly chopped spinach 8 Oz Neufchatel cream cheese 1 Small onion, diced 2 Cloves garlic, minced 1/2 Tsp Cumin 1 Tbs Dried Oregano 1 Tsp Smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste

Sautee ham and onion till onion is lightly browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute on medium-high. Add green chilis and cook an additional 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add spices. Mix spices around to activate them approximately 30 seconds. Add Neufchatel cheese. Stirring constantly, melt the cheese entirely. Add cream style corn and cream of chicken soup and chopped spinach. Cook for 5 minutes on medium then remove from heat. Add in 3/4 of bacon pieces and mix well.

Add enough of your sauce mix to cover the bottom of your pie crust. Add potato slices as one layers. Add sauce and potato layers until you have exhausted both. Top with croutons, remaining bacon pieces and your melting cheese of choice. Bake at 300 F for 20 minutes or until everything is heated through. Let stand for 10 minutes after removing from the oven. Serve and enjoy.

I broke my slice while serving :(

As long as you are good and happy, its a win. I have a idea I have not been able to execute due to other projects/life/etc but it looks good. Some of the stuff in it sound... Interesting but it still looks good.

Plus, you posted a recipe so you get the +1 anyway.

The flavors worked together quite well, but it was too potato forward in the end. It tasted like a loaded baked potato despite the "interesting" ingredients. It definitely needed to be creamier as well but I didn't want a runny pie filling and kept it thicker in consistency. Next time will be creamier for sure.
