I made pizza recently again, dough recipe below. I really like how the dough comes out, its fluffy with a good crunch. Toppings: pizza sauce, mixed shredded cheese, cut up chunks of fresh mozzarella, pepperoni and black olives. I did brush it with garlic butter (melted butter with garlic powder)
Dough recipe:
-1 cup warm water (105 degrees F)
-1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
-1 Tablespoon active dry yeast
-1 Tablespoon olive oil
-2 to 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour - (adjusted to 2 cups due to elevation, more for kneading)
-1 tsp fine sea salt
