Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 egg yolks, lightly beaten
• 3 cups milk
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 2 (9-inch) pie shells, baked
• 2 recipes Meringue
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt. Add egg yolks to sugar mixture; stir well. Add milk; stir well. Cook mixture over medium heat on stovetop until very thick, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and miniature marshmallows.
