Easy Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

1 Graham cracker pie crust 4 cups frozen blueberries 7 Tbsp corn starch 2/3 cup sugar 1 ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp allspice 3 Tbsp apple juice (water, or grape juice will work) 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Topping (optional) ½ cup flour ¼ cup sugar 4 Tbsp butter

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Thaw, rinse and drain blueberries and pour into pie crust.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add corn starch, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Mix well
  • Add apple juice and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Pour mixture over blueberries into the pie crust

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar very well

  • Add melted butter and mix well

  • Crumble the mixture on top of the pie

  • Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees

  • Allow pie to cool before serving
