Easy Blueberry Pie
Ingredients
1 Graham cracker pie crust 4 cups frozen blueberries 7 Tbsp corn starch 2/3 cup sugar 1 ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp allspice 3 Tbsp apple juice (water, or grape juice will work) 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Topping (optional) ½ cup flour ¼ cup sugar 4 Tbsp butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Thaw, rinse and drain blueberries and pour into pie crust.
- In a small mixing bowl, add corn starch, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Mix well
- Add apple juice and lemon juice and mix well.
Pour mixture over blueberries into the pie crust
In a small mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar very well
Add melted butter and mix well
Crumble the mixture on top of the pie
Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees
Allow pie to cool before serving
