Nice. I'll give it a try. Thanks again.
Right on, you're welcome.

Sweet! My wife really enjoys this stuff, but we haven't gone out to eat in weeks. It'll make for a good surprise!
Let me know how you guys like it!
Interesting. I don't think I have ever had Horchata but maybe we will try making this next week. Thanks for the recipe post. Always welcome.
It's a bit of effort, if you've never had it you might just swing by a mexican restaurant and order a glass first!!
I always thought about it but never got it. Maybe I will the next time we go out. We don't go out often but I will let my wife know and we might try it next time.
I sure as hell can't handle a Thai Tea, that stuff is so sweat it's stupid. If its even slightly similar I don't think I want anything to do with it.

I've never had that so I don't know. you should definitely start out with just a quarter cup of sugar then. You can add more if you want.
I appreciate you, but I'm not going to make this. I do not find mildly milky sweet cinnamon rice water intriguing.
Its so good though. Zero risky additives, nothing artificial. Super refreshing. Its a bit high in calories but no more so than soda. There is coolers upon coolers at the gas station filled with shitty drinks that are partially poisonous.
You should reconsider.
I pretty much just drink water and coffee.
You drink the bitter brown bean water but turn up your nose at the White ??
B I G O T !!!!!!
You Race is !!!
This will sound crazy, but it's how they did it in my hood growing up: add some chili powder. If you can get your hands on a salt spicy mixture, even better. We used to add Lucas (yes yes I am VERY aware of the lead issues), but any kind of chili works. It adds a new complexity into the flavor. Not ALWAYS great, but it adds a good variety to it.
Yup. Sounds crazy!
