Do you have cream?

You could mix it with melted butter and milk to get the right consistency.

I do have some heavy cream. However I'm thinking I might swap the ranch for blue cheese dressing.

I'm wondering if it'll be better than plain ranch. Oh well we shall see when I make it tonight.
