From the post:

>A company that repackages M&M products with company names has recalled over 6,000 units distributed in 20 states that do not contain necessary allergen warnings for peanuts, soy, or milk. Beacon Promotion Inc., of Eagan, Minnesota, issued the recall on January 26. On February 4, the FDA classified it as Class II, meaning “a situation in which use of or exposure to a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.”
