I think of race as a very extended family that is inbred to some degree. I can agree that a strong focus on racial purity can be rather silly. Though I do worry about race-mixed kids. They always feel like they have to choose a side. I suspect it has to do with the categories we have. We can't say mulatto or mestizo because people are unsure if these are offensive terms so these kids don't have a place to be.
I think I basically agree with this. There are definitely practical issues of mixing cultures and races. My argument really only applies to the concept of racial purity and keeping your race "pure"
I think it's foolish to be against race mixing as a rule. I am a fan of the British Empire and a human biodiversity hobbyist. I love reading about how the Anglo-Saxons are in terms of behavior and how they ruled a quarter of the world. Without mixing of the Angles and Saxons, the British Empire might never be.
Exactly. Eventually if people live together, and if they conquer or rule foreign countries, they will mix. That will eventually be the beginning of a new race that hasn't existed before. Mass immigration, however, as far as sociology is concerned, is similar to an invasion, and the present occupiers of the land have a right to refuse(as do all countries being invaded).
