I was bassist in a Sonic Youth cover band, 23 years ago. Our first and only gig, I got very drunk, and accidentally whacked the bass headstock onto the huge schnozz of the jew guitarist. Blood everywhere. This was in the first song. We finished the set, then they fired me, and I passed out in the van.
