a bucket, bendy copper tubing (refrigerator section at home depot, use sand to fill the pipe so it won't crimp while bending helps too but isn't necessary), some silicon caulk, a cheap 2nd hand hotplate (Someone I know used an electric wok successfully), and a high temp rubber stopper or glass fitting to a sealed tea kettle(or pressure cooker or equivalent).
Then a bunch of corn syrup, yeast, water, airlocked lid, in a jug for a week or two. Ice the bucket, Throw away the heads and tails.
Some damn clean water.
