I bought a mini fridge. Air conditioning. I bought a lot of clothes, slippers, shoes. I bought a lot of hand tools and some power tools. I bought plenty of food (for storage). I have over twenty gallons for storage (I use 3 for storing water), more than 100 plastic bottles, more than 20 glass bottles.

Next things will be : Buy more of all of the above, buy tools to work on land, seeds, etc.

I don't spend another penny on games, computers and cell phones anymore, I don't even have a smartphone and I don't need one either, I only buy real, visible and useful things now.

My sockets, and ratchets. I have every type of socket and extension.

A hydraulic press is a must, welding equipment, even a cheap mig welder is better than no welding. Drill press is also invaluable. Band saws. Milling machine if you can afford it.

With that if you can cut and measure you can build just about anything you can imagine. The best tools are the ones that let you build stuff from scratch.

Sockets spanners and ratchets are very important but no more important than hammers and screwdrivers.

Spend good money on a non chinese set. I've had mine for 15+ years.
