Yeah, the equipment cost upfront is one thing, I have more money than time. It’s the serious days on end of literally cooking a homemade meal, then spending ten times that amount of time to freeze dry it. I don’t know. I have a lot of other shit to do. Think, make a pot roast. All day. Freeze dry it. Three days. It’s almost like you need a team of people on a rotation to get this done.
