I already consider myself 'prepped', but I've also been stocking up on additional supplies. No sense in waiting until everyone else has the same idea.

I buy stuff that I will use up anyways. So it doesn't really matter in the long run.
Hong Kong retail space is held by an oligopoly and so are the grocery stores. They can squeeze HKers for as much as they want, regardless of how much product goes out the door.
