This is /s/predictions. I have no information other than it seems likely when I attempt to think it through. There's going to be an offer that's above rate for people to transfer and other promises. This is simple as it will work with old people who don't give a shit bout cultural decline as much as younger people, they don't spend time in public. Thus the penalties from the digital aspect wont' matter to them. They're not "trading anything away".
