At first glance (especially if pillow boy wore glasses) he reminds me of Milton from Office Space.

I recall something about Lindell having hearing problems or hearing aid that was run on the cell phone FBI stole from him. Initially I thought that was the issue. But as the video goes on, the lawyer was being an asshole making up that Lindell has a support line if a customer complains about lumpy pillows, disparaging his product and how he makes a living. The game is to respond and not show emotion because the lawyer psychopaths will try to do more of same questions on a trial to get a jury against someone.
