The US is no longer a country since it doesn't have secure borders and is lead by shadow jews and Hussein Soetoro while dementia ridden Joe has his caregiver Jill nurse him and change his diapers. There clearly is no intimacy so it's a "doctor", patient relationship at this point as he is 80 and clearly no longer there mentally.
