But there are other stats such as US Congress not actually representing the people in a myriad of ways such as policies, their race/enthnicity, socio-economic status, educational attainment, etc. BUT....you don't want your representatives to reflect your race/ethnicity, SES, education, etc. You want them to be smarter, more educated, and better equipped to represent you.
So pointing out the Supreme Court does not represent you is stupid, to begin with.
