There was a SNL skit back in the 80's that depicted a very commanding Reagan barking orders at foreign leaders over the phone in their own languages. Then a troop of Girl Scouts was shown into the oval office and Reagan portrayed himself as a friendly doddering old man! It was hilarious. Reagan on his worst day was twice the man Biden is on his best.
