Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Self hatred is the only one of those I have internalized.

Can not recommend.

Kind of at a loss on what to tell you. One thing I know for damn sure. One of my best friends has this fucking affliction. Brilliant artist, deep thinker, great sense of humor, loves animals, hates niggers, would give you the last shirt off his back.

Yet, when we meet, often times there's this little dark cloud above his head and he's chock-full of self-doubt and negative emotion.

I can't change the guy and I won't try to, but I know this: Dumb fucks are always happy, they lack the mental capacity for self reflection and doubt. So, good for you, I guess? (Peeked at some of your recent posts, didn't see any dumb in those) :)

It's healthy to look at yourself critically once in a while. Too much introspection will put the best of us into the nuthouse. Avoid.

Make an effort to be social, interact with other 'ugly bags of mostly water' (Google it). Having a one-on-one conversation with your self once in a while will sharpen your mind. As humans, we need more than just that to find out about ourselves and others. Going it alone is not an option.

Lastly, don't be afraid to fail. Mistakes are the best, maybe even the only way for all of us to learn.

Hope my ramblings were half way coherent and I hope to hear from you again.
