Bill is addicted to adrenochrome like Hillary is as well, but.. Hillary has been dyking out with women; mainly Huma. Bill knows ever since Monica with his dying look of a zombie he can only get prostitutes. Hillary has a much larger playing field because she is dying but clearly Bill will go first. Also, since Hillary has been slutting it up for 20+ years she has far less stress. Bill looks like he hasn't busted a nut or been able to get it up for at least 15 years.
