According to my wife who is a carer for the elderly with over 30 years of experience this was a seizure and/or he is heavily medicated. If he was shitting it would reflect on his face (straining a bit, perhaps). Also he have a very heavy make up on, under which he is very pale (look around his eyes). She couldn't believe when I told her Biden is 78, she said if that man was under her care he would be put in a home, as he is clearly not well at all.
