Some Muslims rationalise that Allah hates homosexual love and effeminacy (in general or in men specifically), not "anal sex" or hedonism. So using rape to torture a man or for self-grafication is only a sin on the part of the person being raped, since they are the ones who are effeminate, being dominated sexually by another man. (It's similar to how ancient Greeks interpreted homosexual sex but worse.) They also rationalise that boys are not men, boys look like girls, so they don't count. It's basically what Jews do to the OT with the Talmud, but they are doing it to the Quran, which is already bad enough. There was an Ottoman 'poet' who wrote something like "women are for (making) children, boys are for pleasure." Of course there is one rule for Muslims, and there is another for "kaffirs," to kill, torture, rape, plunder your enemies is just a form of Jihad, that Jihad is meant to make their enemies submit to Muslim faith or rule.
