I was watching one of those ghetto safari videos where some guy just drives around ghettos around the country.
A recent one was Salt Lake City. It was actually a pretty nice place. Mowed lawns, houses look like they could be sold at fair market value, no niggers chimping out on every street corner.

Most of SLC has a large population of Mormons and they have very strong family values. That's the strongest indicator of systemic crime. Single parents and government doles.
