Edit: and lemme tell you, there's nothing more frustrating than being qualified for the job, then getting shoved out of the way so a nigger can have the spot, then being expected to clean up after the nigger and do its job for it.

That’s why you have to always have the power to quit any job at the drop of a hat. If that happened to me I would let the shitstorm fester and as soon as they called me to clean up the mess I’d tell them what they did wrong and why. I wouldn’t mention race. Only tell them that they hired/promoted someone incompetent. Then tell them I’m resigning immediately and peace the fuck out. Of course, I’d have to be working somewhere that niggers work and I don’t so I’m good for now.
