That’s why you have to always have the power to quit any job at the drop of a hat. If that happened to me I would let the shitstorm fester and as soon as they called me to clean up the mess I’d tell them what they did wrong and why. I wouldn’t mention race. Only tell them that they hired/promoted someone incompetent. Then tell them I’m resigning immediately and peace the fuck out. Of course, I’d have to be working somewhere that niggers work and I don’t so I’m good for now.
