There were a bunch of pictures that turned out to not be her that were promoted as her. I wouldn’t put it past him to have fucked her, but when “Republicans“ started throwing around pictures that turned out to be horribly shopped, that killed some of the momentum.

Qtards just jumped on it immediately and would’ve been embarrassed if they have any sense of self-awareness. But they don’t, so they kept pushing the fakes.
