Don't know what your on about, but most cops don't enforce laws they consider asinine unless they are forced to. Half get into it because they want to be heros and the other half get in it because they are bullies, but in both cases they aren't going to go out of their way to say stop people walking down the street and make sure they are wearing masks. They rather be catching people speeding to fill their quotas.
