to be within 2a would mean we get it all back at once. not saying that will happen, just saying that it won't be incremental if we get our God given rights to self-defense rights back.

It won't be a matter of "getting" anything back.

All rights will have to be TAKEN back. Government uses the power of force to take our rights away, and by necessity those same rights will have to restored by force.
