This would be an excellent use of our tax dollars and I know exactly how to do it. Get them on their local news and call them out on the spot and ask if they support helping transgenders in Pakistan. Then just load their asses on a C130 and send them there, when the family asks just say they went willingly as indicated on their TV interview. You can even promise them a six figure salary and deluxe accommodations. They will be thrown off a roof in a few months so it is unlikely to cost more than they would cost the tax payer over their whole life.

It sounds just as destructive, so I'd disagree if I thought pakistan were a real country.
