I dunno about the chin, but the earlobes do not change with a face lift or what not... They could be surgically altered but it would not happen accidentally as a result of other cosmetic surgery. Intelligence agencies all around the world use 'ear-prints' to uniquely identify people because they are almost as good as a fingerprint and can be observed from a distance and are not easily changed. The attached vs detached earlobes is usually the first thing they look at. This is how the CIA would distinguish Saddam Hussein from all of his body doubles... they even use that photo of Saddam and like six of his body doubles on the speed boat as a training pic for ear-print analysis.
