Shit, now that you mention it, I gotta get down to the marina; after all the rain we just had my dinghy is surely full of water. I hope it didn't sink!
I should be in the water by the end of the month. I gotta say, I love the summers here, but eventually I'll need to be somewhere I can be in the water year round. Idk, that I'll have the cash to do the Ohio/Florida thing in retirement, but possibly, who knows, maybe my sailboat will be my summer Ohio home.
The grass is always greener [along the waterline, when the divers don't visit for a few weeks]...
I need a haulout for new bottom paint, and new paint everywhere else as well for that matter. I can hardly believe it's been nearly a decade since my last haulout now! It seems like just a few months ago... sort of!
