A Barrett .50 cal is nice, but I appreciate sniper rifles such as the South African A rifle that is multi-chambered to fire the 14.5x114mm, 20x28mm, & 20x110mm Hispaniola-Suzia Anti-Material calibers.

He has a .50 cal sniper rifle. Maybe not the most effective weapon for far range shooting, but he really doesn't have to run anywhere. It's power meets distance more or so anyways.
Psychology of the .50 cal sniper rifle alone (maybe why people would say it's "that guy" alone) is enough to keep most away anyways is what I figure myself. Maybe he lives on a few acres of land where it's really effective to keep anyone away in a certain situation where it's best to do so.
It's almost like a navy seal in a gun form (.50 cal sniper rifle(s) oversold that they are the best sniper rifles and such). - marketing realm alone.

I'm not talking far shots. I like the L115A3 because it's proven far range, but I'd be like 100-200 yards out myself at most. Which is around 500 feet or so at most. Not 7,500 feet or whatever.

I don't want to be moving blood and guts due to the .50 cal bullet alone if it hit the right way on someone alone. clean / effective kill in a self defense situation (someone shooting at me from this distance) if I were to be in a situation like that. Again like 100 - 200 yards at most not 2000-3000 yards away or even 1000 yards away.

It depends on the occassion. If im trying to smoke someone at a great distance, than yes, by all means. However, if im going to an event that is already labeled as a hate fueled event by the lying media, and patroled by over zealous cops, in a now democratic state, it is only going to bring more unwanted negative attention, thus distracting from the over all message. At that point, the attention is on the individual, not the mass group, and individuals can and will be singled out, harassed and used to prop up yet another lie. make sense?
