I’m good with my choices, and I’ll accept yours….whisky or whiskey, it’s close enough….as long as it’s not a white claw or some nonsense like that.

I could drink that liquid smoke right from the peat fire. I really like the 10 year. it is certinally an acquired taste

Laphroaig is good; their triple cask is one of my favorite of their offerings. Their 18 is good too. That said, though, I like ardbeg corryvrekyn more, and lagavulin 16 the most. As far as standard offerings go.

As far as your assessment goes, you’re spot on.

Some ok canadian Whisky out there too...some ok japanese ones as well, but usually cost a bit more for the ampumt of enjoyment.
