I never saw it on Voat but maybe I just got lucky. I did see people discussing trolls posting it but I was under the impression that any post like that got nuked pretty quick. Maybe I was wrong. In any case I don't remember anyone celebrating it so I don't think you need to worry about us bringing that over.

That is a pedo reddit thing there with the famous jailbait sicko sub the finally banned. I couldn't believe they even considered that on the site as acceptable for even a minute till they found it then call the police or someone that will track down and shoot any posters and the creator of the sub itself likely a pedo themselves.
