They literally had it wrapped up. A single, cheap source for everything you wanted to see, with stuff rotating in all the time - you were almost guaranteed to see *something* that caught your interest. Then everyone got greedy because they saw jewflix making money providing the platform. The media companies have no one to blame but themselves. No one at all. To be fair, however, I've seen nothing that I want to even bother pirating these days. I realize my tastes are different than everyone else's, but still, nothing at all.
