People like @aou have suggested it to me in the past. Hadn't implemented because it is extra time and effort to keep up with, and I was clinging to "muh free speech". After thought, I realize there is no justification for aiding in the promulgation of degenerate sexual exploitation of the weak and abused.

No, you mean heavily censored and regulated speech but you're trying to pretend it is "free speech." That's a misnomer. You cannot have your cake and eat it, too. You either want the government to heavily regulate speech and restrict it or you want it unfettered and to truly be "free speech." Like I've explained.

Your new censorship committee has now deemed fully clothed people as porn because a group of clothed enthusiasts started a website dedicated to fapping to certain styles and people (these already exists, by the way so I am not inventing something new). ALL porn is harmful to ALL people. Everyone. I cannot think of a safe use of porn in any situation, ever. This is not just about kids, this is about all of humankind being harmed by this.
