It was so beautiful. I feel rather jealous I didn't get to live in those times I wonder if they knew how good they had it
Same here…. It hurts to think about how much we have given up.
It almost angers me at our great grandparents and grandparents. We didn't allow this to happen, they did. They were the ones alive when these policies were instituted. They allowed this to happen. In fairness, they lived in a more innocent time and had no inkling their own government could be so vile. It would have been unfathomable that a 99% white country could become non-white.
The generation of the 60s and 70s is the one that gets me the most. The hippies and their free love degeneracy. The greed of the generation before them- late 50s and 60s - Is, I think, what pushed the pendulum too far, creating the (((counter culture))) that pushed us down the path we find ourselves today, but the 70s was the first big nail in the coffin ….
Decoupling from the gold standard.
Unfettered immigration
Free love and miscegenation.
