Getting reports of some users not being able to access pic8.co

The server is up and running. Trying to diagnose a potential network infrastructure issue.

Have you been able to reach https://pic8.co today and yesterday?

If not, what error did you get when it eventually failed? Time out, DNS resolution error?

Feedback is much appreciated.

... how though? There is no cert from this browser. I've tried safemode and same issue so it's not an addon.

Click on the icon with the lock symbol (pic8.co) and then click "More Information"

On the resulting window, click "View Certificate" and you should find the fingerprint htere.

Antivirus apps can hijack the https to prevent ads, but to do so they have to establish an HTTPS connection with the websites instead of the browser. Then they issue their own certificate to the browser.

Make sure you don't have such an app that does HTTPS filtering. And if you do, add poal.co to its exclusions/white-list.

Works fine here.

Something is preventing your browser from loading the certificate.
