Thanks to @heracleides for the suggestions on new hosts!

Better hardware: More RAM, faster CPUs, better connection. Should be capable of handling the uptick in traffic.

Any chance pic8 could save images as something other than 'image'? I'm up to image(56).jpg now.

Edit: just downloaded a file that wasn't called image, seems to be the exception, not the rule though.

pic8 distributes the images to different image hosting services, usually they use some random filename
