This is such a cop out. The average American cannot buy a house with cash, period.

House prices aren't coming down. If interest rates go down house prices go up. If interest rates go up, house prices might come down. The only thing that would bring house prices down is a crash like 2008. Or a complete revamp of the US monetary system.

Me on the other hand had a unique situation and WAS able to. But my situation is few and far between.

This is such a cop out.

What you call a cop out is what I called not rewarding kikes for fucking over a White Family.

It takes longer, and it takes more self-discipline, which is realistically a level of follow-thorough that only Whites have anyway, which means it's the right fucking choice.

None of Us are as prosperous as We could be without jews. A fucking (((mortgage))) only exacerbates this problem.

Bullshit. You expect people to save $2k+ a month while paying rent? Even at $2k a month it will still take 300 months to save for the average current home price.
