I am very careful with finances. I don't understand how it gets that bad for some people. However, I have had a TON of coworkers that live so above their means they are making $90k+/yr and are paycheck to paycheck.
You should not be allowed to graduate highschool without going through 3 years of personal finance and other "life" classes like cooking, basic home/car maintenance, etc..
