I find the liquid eggs more convenient anyway. And yeah, I went to Walmart tonight. My neighbor has chickens but he’s not selling me any of the eggs.

Regardless, shit is so expensive.

The ones at the store in the carton are not pasteurized?

No, whole eggs are not pasteurized. Back yard eggs or Farmer's Market eggs are the best option. Carton supermarket eggs are next on the list. Liquid eggs, however, are flirting dangerously close to being a food adjacent product.

100% egg whites is the only ingredient. They are pasteurized. :/

The argument against pasteurizing eggs is what, exactly?

With egg products, pasteurization is primarily to kill salmonella, the risk of which is increased when the integrity of their shelled package has been breached. And if the product has been denuded of yolks, what's the point? Crack yer own.
